  • The Tea Shelf Berry Biscus Black Tea 2 tsp.
  • 2 cups of water.
  • 60ml of strawberry juice.
  • 8-10 small Ice cubes.
  • 2 tbsp of sugar. 
  • Mint leaves & some strawberries to garnish. 

 How to brew?

  • Prepare the tea. 
  • Cool it down until it comes to room temperature.
  • Add sugar, tea, juice, ice cubes to a shaker & shake it well until everything mixes well.

  •       120 ml of whiskey

  •       200 ml of water

  •       5-6 ice cubes
  •       3-4 fresh mint leaves.

How to brew?

  •       Boil the water up to 90 degrees Celsius.
  •       Add the tea to it & brew it for a while.
  •       Strain the tea into a bowl.
  •       Now keep it in the refrigerator for a while to reduce the temperature. 
  •       Take a shaker with ice cubes.
  •       Add the orange juice, vanilla essence, tea, and whiskey with it.
  •       Now shake it well for 5 minutes.
  •       Pour the drink into cocktail glasses & garnish with mint leaves. 


3) Jasmine Iced Green Tea

Ingredients:

  • 3 teaspoons Jasmine Green Tea from The Tea Shelf
  • 2 cups of water.
  • 5-6 ice cubes.
  • 2-3 tablespoons of honey.
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice.

How to make:

  • Boil the water between 60 and 85 degrees Celsius.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of Jasmine Green Tea to it.
  • Keep the tea in the refrigerator to cool it down.
  • Pour tea, ice cubes, lemon juice, honey into a shaker.
  • Shake it for a while.
  • Pour the tea into cups once it is ready.

  • Boil the water 90–100 degrees Celsius.
  • Pour tea leaves into water. 
  • Add honey to it.
  • Let this brew for 3–4 minutes.
  • Strain the tea into a container.
  • Keep it in the refrigerator to cool down.
  • Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Add the tea and the gin to it.
  • Now shake it properly for a while.
