- 250ml of water
- 150ml of alphonso mango juice
- 6-8 teaspoons The Tea Shelf Darjeeling First Flush Black Tea
- 4 tablespoons of honey.
- 6-8 Ice Cubes
- 5-6 Mint Leaves
- Boil the water up to 90-100 degrees Celsius.
- Add the tea to it and let it brew for 2-3 minutes.
- Add honey and stir it till it gets mixed properly.
- Strain the tea into a big bowl.
- Now keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes so that it becomes cool.
- Pour the alphonso juice into the bowl and stir it with the tablespoons for 1 minute so that everything gets mixed.
- Take two glasses with 3-4 ice cubes each.
- Pour the mango tea into the glasses.
- At last, top it with the mint leaves.

- In a medium-sized saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and tea bags. Heat over medium heat until it comes to a simmer.

- Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until the agar agar dissolves completely.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins or molds and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or until set.
- To serve, run a knife around the edge of each ramekin and invert onto a plate. Garnish with mango slices and mint leaves.
