Tea cocktail recipe
At the height of summer and the never-ending lockdown, sometimes all you need is a refreshing cocktail to take the edge off. Whiskey and tea is a well known combination which is commonly consumed in China which is why we curated a whiskey based cocktail for you. Follow the recipe given below to turn your monotonous hot day into a rather cool one.
- Whisky - 30 ml
- Darjeeling Green Tea - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 100 ml
- Honey Syrup - 20 ml
- Mint Leaves for garnish
- Boil the water and drop the tea leaves in. After steeping for 3-4 minutes, strain the leaves and let the tea cool.
- In a shaker, combine whisky, tea and honey syrup. Shake until blended.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
