Lemongrass Mint Tea Bags

Mild yellow in colour, the citrusy flavours of lemongrass and the sweet taste of mint blend beautifully and make a delicious cup of herbal tea that aids digestion, boosts metabolism, and helps in burning more calories.

What makes it great?

- Boil one cup of water at 90°C.
- Use one tea bag per cup of hot water.
- Stir the tea once, and then let it steep for 3 minutes.
- Stir again halfway through.
- Remove the tea bags.
- Your tea is now ready to drink!
Brewing it correctly means that it will be a proper blend of sweet and sour, but if you’d like a sweeter taste, add a teaspoon of honey and stir well before drinking.
If you want to have the iced version of the tea, let the tea cool at room temperature. Later you can add ice cubes based on your preference.
